Sachin Tulsyan
Founder & CEO
CA Sachin Tulsyan is a Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and passed out his CA in the year 2007. During his CA training he has handled various assignments in the field of Statutory audits of listed and unlisted Companies, Bank Statutory Audits, Concurrent Audits, Stock Audits, Internal Audits, Due Diligence assignments, Special investigation audits etc.
Sachin is the Founder of Basil Corporate Advisors and before starting the Company, he carries with him 13 years of post qualification experience of working with boutique investment banks viz. Ladderup Corporate Advisory Private Limited and Resurgent India Limited.
During his working with Ladderup and Resuegent, Sachin handled various assignments and gained vast experience in the field of debt syndication, Private Equity syndication, Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO Advisory, Demerger Advisory, Inbound Investment Advisory, Corporate Restructuring, Buyback Advisory etc. During his working with Ladderup and Resurgent he helped various companies in raising funds to the tune of approx. INR 2,000 Crores.

Sachin is heading the organisation and his area of work and expertise includes MSME Advisory, Corporate Finance, Government Subsidies, Corporate Advisory, Capital Market Advisory, Private Equity, M&A, Project Implementation, Incorporation of new Companies, Preparation of MIS, Budgeting, Business Valuations, Due Diligence, Variance and Capital Project Analysis.

Sachin is active in various social and professional groups and organisations in Mumbai like, RVG Educational Foundation, Bombay Chartered Accountants Society, Bharat Vikas Parishad, Rajasthani Seva Samiti etc. He is also active participant in various seminars and conferences organised by CA institute and other professional bodies across India.
Alok Goyanka
Associate Director
CA Alok Goyanka, one of the Associate Director of the Company, was enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2004. Alok has also completed his MBA in finance from Lancaster University (UK) in the year 2009. Alok was Placed among ‘All India Top 5 Performers’ for 1st Group of CA intermediate exam.

He has an experience in the fields of accounting, risk management, Project finance and consulting profession. He is well versed in Tax Laws, Company Law, Accounting and Auditing Standards, Management Consultancy, Risk Management etc.

Prior to this, he has worked with renowned Companies and Banks viz. Citibank, HSBC, Shree Balaji Group and Kumar Builders at various Managerial Cadre including Finance and Accounts Department.
Alok completed his CA training from a renowned CA firm in Mumbai and gained experience in the field of Preparation & finalization of financial reports, audits of various private limited companies, Investigation of affairs of top brokers on behalf of SEBI, Company incorporation matters etc.
During his post qualification experience, he has independently various assignments of fund raising, business and financial due diligence, preparation of various MIS reports, preparation of product profitability statements, revenue and expense tracking, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

At Basil Corporate Advisors, Alok is mainly handling client relationship, business development , human resource management, corporate finance and special assignments.
​
Alok is active in social and welfare groups also and has raised money for blind children & women welfare, campaigned for education awareness among tribal’s and actively contributed to blood donation programmes.
Saket Agrawal
Associate Director
Saket is a CA by qualification having a 7+ years of experience in the field of Compliance and Assurance services. He has experience in managing and executing Internal Control Management, Risk Advisory, Payment Assurance & Compliance Audits, Designing of Risk Control Matrix (RCM) and Internal Financial Controls reviews.

His experience spans a wide spectrum of businesses such as Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Real Estate, Service, Textiles, Gems & Jewellery, and FMCG.
​
He takes the lead to make a difference and deliver results in a responsible, authentic and passionate manner with strong technical capabilities.

At Basil Corporate Advisors, Saket is mainly handling business development, Risk Management, Due Diligence and special assignments.

Sumit Roongta
Associate Director
Sumit is the Associate Director at Basil Corporate Advisors and leads our practice on the advisory & accounting side and serves small and mid-sized clients.
He holds a Chartered Accountant degree and is an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Previously he has worked with Grant Thornton (one of the global accounting firms) as Associate Director. He served multiple large global clients there over his span of 10 years there.
His focus of work has Business Advisory and Accounting Services (BAAS) vertical within Basil Advisors.

He is based out of Delhi and handling the Delhi Office of the Company.
Ayushi Agrawal
Senior Associate
A CA by profession having a 7+ years of experience in BFSI industry, Ayushi Specializes in Banking Sector. She has experience in analyzing the risk factors involved, execution of Due diligence in various aspects.
She has experience in conducting audits which are meant for internal controls, drafting policies, planning and execution of Concurrent Audits, Special Dealing Room Audit, Investment Audits, analyzing Internal Control Management, Payment Assurance & Compliance Audits, designing of Risk Control Matrix (RCM) and Internal Financial Controls reviews.
She also holds an sound knowledge of FOREX and Money markets products.
Her experience covers a wide range of quality clients including Reserve Bank of India and Leading Private Banks.
She takes the lead to make a difference and deliver results in a responsible, authentic and passionate manner with strong technical capabilities.

Madhu Tulsyan
Senior Associate
Madhu Tulsyan, a Graduate, has an overall work experience of more than 10 years in the field of Business Development, Marketing and Office Administration capabilities.
At Basil Corporate Advisors she is involved in the business development and marketing vertical. She is also driving and handling the Office Administration and HR vertical of Basil Advisors.

Megha Goyal, B. Com and MBA, have an overall work experience of more than 7 years in the field of Accounts and Finance.
